Bengali Rasgulla
Easy and very simple Bengali Rasgulla recipe.
Ingredients :-
- 2 litre cream milk
- 4 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbspn lemon
- 2 pod cardamom
1.sabse pahle ek pan utensil mein milk ko boil karle sirf ek hi ubal ane ke baad gas off karde phir usmein 2 tbspn lemon dale aur thodi der le liye alag rakh de phir dudh phatne lagega, jaise hi dudh phat Jaye phirse thodi der ke liye gas par slow flame mein rakhe 5 minutes ke liye phir ek cotton ka kapda le aur chaan le aur panner alag nikal le panner ko ek thali mein nikal le phir usko hath se acchi tarah guthe (mash kare) tab Tak jab tak ki aata soft na hojaye phir uske small balls bana le aur alag rakh de
2.ab ek cooker le usmein 4 cup water dale aur 1 cup sugar dale aur 2 pod cardamom dale aur sugar syrup taiyar kare
3.ab small balls ko sugar syrup mein dale aur 1 whistle hone par gas off Karde phir thodi der baad cooker open Kare aur spongy rasgulle taiyar hai
4.ab tasty and spongy rasgulle ko garama garam or thanda thanda surve kare.
