Veg Fried Momos Recipe

 Veg Fried Momos


In this recipe, the savory veggie filling has a balanced taste and is lightly spiced, so that it accompanies any spicy and hot sauce very well.

Ingredients :-

  •  2 cup maida or wheat flour
  • 1 tblspn hot oil 
  • salte to taste

For stuffing

  • 1 tbspn sprimg onion
  • 1 cup grated cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped carrot
  • 1 tbspn chopped capsicum
  • oil for frying
  • 1 tspn vinegar
  • 1 tspn soya sauce
  • 1 tspn black pepper
  • 1 tspn chaat masala
  • 1 tspn cumin powder
  • 1tspn red chilli powder
  • 1 tspn ginger, garlic paste or chopped
  • 1 tspn chopped green chilles
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tblspn oil

Method :- 

1. sabse pahle ek bowl le us mein 2 cup maida, salt, hot oil acchese mix kar le phir pani dal kar ek soft dough taiyar kar le aur aate ko 30 minutes ke liye rest karne rakh de

2. ab ek pan le us mein 1 tbspn oil garam kare phir us mein chopped ginger and garlic dale dale kare phir chopped green chillies dale aur saute kare

3. ab us mein chopped spring onion, grated cabbage, chopped carrot and chopped capsicum dale aur 2 minutes tak pakaye 

4. ab 1 tspn vinegar, 1 tspn soya sauce, 1 tspn black pepper, 1 tspn cumid powder, 1 tspn chaat masala aur salt dal kar acchese mix kare aur thodi der ke baad jab stuffing thodi dry hone lage toh gas band kar de aur stuffing ko thanda hone rakh de

5. ab aate ki choti choti loi bana kar puri bel le phir 1 tspn stuffing dale aur ek side pani laga kar twist karte hue puri kothik se band karde ab baki ke momos bhi aise hi bana ke taiyar karle

6.ab steamer mein momos ko 10 minutes ke liye rakh de steam hone ke baad momos ko ek plate mein nikal le

7. ap momos ko 2 tarah se serve kar sakte hai ek toh stem kar ke ya phir fry kar ke, stem ke baad momos ek pan mein oil garam kare aur phir fry kare golden brown hone tak aur ek plate mein nikal le

8.ab garama garam aur tasty momos ko sauce aur mayonnaise ke sath surve kare..
