Mughlai Paratha
Paratha is one word that can make anyone's mouth water. Be it a stuffed paratha or simple paratha, it is something that you can enjoy anytime.
Ingredients :-
- 3 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 6 tbspn ghee
- Salt to taste
- 4 egg
- 1 cup Onion
- 1 tspn green chilli chopped
- 1 cup Coriander leaves chopped
- Water
1.sabse pahle ek plate le usmein wheat flour dale aur 2 tbspn ghee dale aur pani dalke ek soft dough taiyar karle phir aate ko 1 hour ke liye rest karne rakh de phir 1 hour ke baad dough ko 4 parts mein divide Kare aur kapde se dhak kar rakh de phir se 20 minutes ke liye
2.ab ek bowl le us mein 4 eggs beat Kare phir us mein salt, 1 tspn green chillies, 1 cup onion onion, 1 cup Coriander leaves , 1 cup tomato chopped kiye hue dale aur acchese mix Kar le
3.ab aate ka 1 portion le aur roti bele thodi thick phir roti mein egg ka mixture dale aur roti ko Charo side se fold Kar le aur Puri tarah se pack Karde
4.ab ek pan mein oil garam Kare aur parathe ko seke dono side se golden brown hone tak aur phir ek plate mein nikal le aur 2 part mein cut karle
5.ab mughlai Paratha ko garma garam surve Kare tomato sauce ke sath.
