Aalu Bhurji
Stir the fry made in ordinary potato mustard oil and taste with cumin, garlic and turmeric. This potato bhujia is a very popular stir fry in the states of Bihar and eastern Uttar Pradesh in India!
Ingredients :-
- 1 cup aalu, boil, mashed
- 1 tbspn ghee
- 1 tspn mustard seed
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 tspn Coriander powder
- 1 tspn red chilli powder
- 1 tspn Maggii masala
- Salt to taste
1.sabse pahle ek pan mein 1 tbspn ghee garam Kare phir us mein mustard seed dale, 1 chopped onion dale, 1 tspn Coriander powder, 1 tspn red chilli powder, 1 tspn Maggi masala and salt dale aur thoda fry Kare phir 1 chopped tomatoes dale aur phir thoda pani dal kar pakaye
2.ab us mein thoda curd dale aur phir thodi der dhak kar pakaye aur phir mashed aalu dale aur acchese mix karle
3.ab upar se 1 tbspn coriander leaves dale aur acchese mix karle
4.ab tasty aalu bhurji ban Kar taiyar hai khane ke liye aalu Bhurji ko chapati ya rice ke sath surve Kare.
