Raw Banana Cutlet


Ingredients :-
  • 3-4 raw banana, mashed
  • 2 tbspn poha, soaked 
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tbspn red chilli powder
  • 1 tbspn cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
Method :-
1.sabse pahle ek bowl le usmein raw mashed kiye hue banana le us mein ½ cup bread crumbs, 1 tbspn red chilli powder, 1tbspn cumin powder and salt dale phir soaked Kiya hua poha dale aur acchi tarah mix karle
2.ab ek pan mein oil dale aur garam Kare phir mixture ke cutlet banaye apne pasand me shape mein phir bache hue bread crumbs se coat Kare aur pan mein shallow fry Kare dono side se golden brown hone tak
E.ab ek plate mein nikal le aur garama garam banana cutlet ko surve Kare sauce ke sath.

Most of the time, we have bread for breakfast. If I have time or during the holidays, I try to make some delicious sandwiches. I got a packet of Haldiram Bhujia and decided to make it for brunch during the weekend. We all loved it. My family wished I had made more of it and they wanted me to make it more often now. Try it at home with any spicy mixture or chivda. It tastes great anyway !!

Ingredients :-
  • Bread
  • 1 cup bhujiya sev
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tbspn Coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 tbspn tomato sauce
  • butter
Method :-
1.sabse pahle ek bowl le usmein bhujiya sev le phir tomato chopped, onion chopped dale tomato sauce dale, salt dale dale aur acchese mix Kar le
2.ab ek bread slice le usmein butter lagaye aur sev ka matter dale aur phir dusra bread ka slice le usmein bhi butter lagaye aur pahle wale bread slice ke upar rakh de
3.ab ek pan ko garan Kare aur thoda ghee dale aur dino side se sek le golden brown hone tak
4.ab sev sandwich ko ek plate mein nikal le aur garama garam surve Kare sauce ke sath.

Deep fried processed cheese and spring onion dumpling surved with schewan chutney.

Ingredients :-
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • ½ cup maida
  • 1 tspn baking soda
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup chopped spring onion
  • 1 tbspn garlic chopped
  • 2 tbspn schewan chutney
  • Buttermilk
  • Salt
  • Red chilli sauce
Method :-
1.sabse pahle ek big bowl le us mein 1 cup grated cheese le phir ½ cup maida dale, 1 tspn baking soda dale, 1 cup chopped onion dale, ¼ cup spring onion dale, 1 tbspn garlic chopped dale, 2 tbspn schewan chutney dale aur acchese mix karle
2.ab buttermilk dale aur acchese mix kare phir thoda salt dale aur phir se acchese mix karle
3.ab ek pan mein oil garama Kare aur phir 2 spoon le aur ek spoon we batter le aur dusre spoon we shape dete hue phie pan mein dale aur deep fry kare golden brown and crispy hone tak
4.ab schewan cheese Fritters ko ek plate mein nikal le aur garama garam schewan Cheese Fritters ko chilli sauce ke sath surve Kare.
